Welcome to Wirraway Bay

Kithack Model Club takes place on and around the fictional archipelago of Wirraway Bay. The main island is home to the city of Wirraway Bay, which wraps around a bay containing an island with an abandoned military base and air strip. The base has since become home to the local RC model club.

The Wirraway archipelago is home to many inhabitants, all of whom (including the player) are somewhat nebulous Ghosties. These psuedohominids appear to have evolved alongside the RC club, as they do not have legs. Ghosties, it is said, do not have legs because they kept having their shins rammed by errant rc vehicles. They float while they "walk". Ghosties are also notoriously afraid of paintballs.

Intrepid RC explorers have mapped the stars around Wirraway, and discovered that they are located somewhere off the pacific coast of central Mexico based off their star charts. It is unclear who the sovereign authority of Wirraway Bay is or how the local government is structured. It is also unclear who originally built the military base. The remnants of the base, including the large plane, imply the base was abandoned approximately 50 years in the past.

Vulture and M.A.C.

Major Malfunction is an officer in the Mobile Action Crew, also known as M.A.C. Their perennial nemesis is Vulture. Vulture is an evil organization eternally at odds with M.A.C.

When reached for comment, Vulture's spokesperson I.M. Condor responded: "The Vulture organization can neither confirm nor deny the existence of the Vulture organization. I resent the implication that such an organization, were it to exist, is evil. You say Evil, I say pragmatic. Potato, potato."
